Croydon SAM Cancellation

At CroydonSAM we will not cancel any courses that have been scheduled unless they are due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as an act of God (religious reasons) and transport strikes. In such instances, those who have paid for the course will receive a complete refund or the course will be rescheduled to the next available date at a discounted rate.

Customer Cancellation

At Croydon SAM, good customer service is our main priority and will therefore not charge you a cancellation fee. However, we encourage individual to use any of the following ways to cancel your booking as soon as possible when you are no longer able to attend the course.

Notice of nonattendance

If a notice of 3 days or more prior to the commencement of the course is given, Croydon SAM will refund 100% of the fees paid by you for the course. A large number of our competitors require a notice of 7 days or more to fulfil this.
If a notice of 2 days prior to the commencement of the course Croydon SAM will charge a 50% cancellation fee on the amount paid by you to date. An alternative option that will be made available to you is to reschedule the date of the course to another available date at no cost.
If a notice of non-attendance of 1 day prior to the commencement of the course, Croydon SAM will charge a 80% cancellation fee of the amount paid by you to date. Another alternative option available to you is rescheduling the date of the course to another available date at no cost.

In cases where we are given no notice of nonattendance, CroydonSAM will charge a cancellation fee of 100% on the amount paid so far. However, if supporting evidence can be provided which demonstrate that the cause of non-attendance is unforeseen then CroydonSAM will use its discretion on how to progress onwards. Such cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Please be aware that courses which cost less than £100 will need to be paid for in full, whereas, those above this will require a minimum deposit of £100.
